Place the unwanted item, in its original condition with all tags attached, back into its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

Attach the Shipping Label

Affix the pre-paid Royal Mail tracked shipping label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are fully covered.

Drop Off and Track

Take your parcel to any local Post Office branch and retain your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
