How should I care for my Schöffel GORE-TEX® jacket?

To maintain the performance of your GORE-TEX® garment, machine wash on a warm permanent press cycle using a small amount of liquid detergent. Rinse twice and tumble dry on a warm setting for 20 minutes to reactivate the durable water repellent (DWR) treatment.

What is your standard delivery timeframe?

For UK mainland orders, we offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days. Express next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday through Thursday.

How do I return an item that doesn't fit?

We offer a 28-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply use the pre-paid returns label included in your parcel or visit our online returns portal to generate a new one.

Are your fleece products true to size?

Our iconic fleece gilets and jackets are designed with a classic tailored fit. If you intend to wear multiple layers underneath, we recommend sizing up. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide on the product page for specific measurements.
